“It’s not about being the best; it’s about being better than you were yesterday.”
Delhi Public School Electronic City proudly celebrated its Kindergarten Sports Day, “Kinder Arena,” on October 26, 2024, with the esteemed presence of our chief guest, Mr. Rajeev Krishna, who inspired the young athletes with his words of encouragement. Our principal, Ms Anupama Ramachandra presented the annual report, highlighting the achievements and growth of our students.
This year’s theme focused on indigenous games, creating an atmosphere filled with excitement as our young athletes showcased their skills through a variety of engaging races.
From traditional Lagori and balancing races to the fun-filled lemon-and-spoon and sack races, each child participated with great enthusiasm. Activities like drag the ball and passing the ball fostered teamwork and camaraderie, creating unforgettable memories for all.
The day also featured a vibrant drill dance, where the children displayed impressive coordination and enthusiasm. A special parents’ race added to the excitement, allowing families to join in the fun.
